These terms apply to ihatecounselling.fyi (the "site"), run by Cognivara Knowledge and Impact Private Limited ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.
1. What the site does
The site shows NEET-PG seat allotments from past counselling rounds (MCC 2023 to 2025, and state quota data for 8 states in beta) matched to the rank you enter, plus related information such as fees, bonds, stipends, guides and community content. See how it works.
2. No guarantee of a seat
All results are based on past data. Seat matrices, rules and cut-offs change every year, so the site does not predict or guarantee any allotment. Always check the official MCC and state counselling notices, and the college's current prospectus, before you fill or lock choices. We are not affiliated with MCC, NBEMS, NMC or any state counselling authority.
3. Free and paid features
The top 5 picks and the rest of the site are free. The full seat list is unlocked by a one-time payment of ₹49 (INR, including taxes), described on Pricing. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store card or bank details. Access is tied to the email you verify and is for your personal use; do not share, resell or scrape the data.

5. Community content
Questions, answers, facts and ratings are posted anonymously and moderated. Do not post personal information, abuse or claims about named individuals. We may remove any content. Survey figures from third parties are labelled with their source and are not verified by us.
6. Accuracy and liability
We work to keep the data correct and fix reported errors quickly, but the site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.

8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Patna, Bihar have jurisdiction.
