What you buy

The ₹49 unlock is a one-time digital purchase that gives your email access to the full seat list on ihatecounselling.fyi. Access starts immediately after payment.

When we refund in full

• You were charged but the unlock did not work and we cannot fix it within 2 working days.
• You were charged twice, or charged a wrong amount.
• You ask within 7 days of payment and the full list was not useful to you. One refund per person.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your registered email with the payment reference or UPI transaction ID. We reply within 2 working days.

How you get it back

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank) within 5 to 7 working days, as processed by our payment partner and your bank. Access to the full list ends when the refund is issued.

Cancellations

There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and no future charge. A payment that fails or is cancelled before it completes is not charged; if money left your account for a failed payment, it is reversed automatically by your bank or payment partner, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
