Shipping and delivery

Last updated 9 October 2026.

Nothing is shipped

ihatecounselling.fyi sells only a digital service: the ₹49 unlock of the full NEET-PG seat list. There are no physical goods, so there is no shipping, courier or shipping charge.

How and when you get it

Access is delivered online, instantly, as soon as your payment is confirmed. The full seat list opens in your browser on the same page, and the unlock is saved on the email you gave, so you can sign in on any device with a one-time code.

If it doesn't arrive

If you paid and the full list is still locked after 10 minutes, email [email protected] with your email and the payment reference or UPI transaction ID. We unlock it the same working day, or refund you as per our refund policy.
